With the continued shortage of C02 for the beer and soft-drink industry, cider makers from the South West are ready to ride to the rescue.
"Naturally still and flavoursome cider has been a bedrock favourite of the South West for centuries" Says Andy Atkinson, Chairman of the South West of England Cidermakers Association. "Kegged ciders are a fantastic invention, and help to keep cider firmly as a favourite on the pub tap - but still ciders, often supplied in bag-in-box are a great way to enjoy top quality local ciders without the need for carbon dioxide!"
"Our association represents over 60 producers across the region, and our website is a great place to start looking for a cider maker who can help solve the carbon dioxide blues! And who knows, you may even find a new favourite cider!
